Kieran Allison is a senior captain and letter-winner. He was honorable mention all-conference in 2022. Kieran is also
a member of the Central track team and part of the Central 4 x 400 Medley state entrant team last spring. Kieran’s
strong work ethic and positive attitude make him an amazing role model. Kieran is the son of Brian Allison and Sarah Foley.

Yesterday, our Elementary Knowledge Bowl team showed their brilliance and teamwork! Out of 19 competing teams, they secured an impressive 2nd place, despite being a small but mighty team of 4 against larger teams with 5-6 members. Kudos to our young minds for their outstanding performance and dedication!

1. Minimum qualification: High School Diploma, experience with elementary age students preferred
2. Must have the ability to lift and toilet student.
3. Possess basic academic competencies to provide tutorial assistance to the student(s) as needed.

This Thursday (10/12) is a busy night for our football program. In addition to the TACKLE CANCER game, the football program is also hosting food truck night, and the elementary teams are playing at halftime.
There will be four trucks serving at our fundraiser night: Elephant Joe's, The Squeaky Cow, Sunny Day's Comfort Food and Sweek Winks.
**IMPORTANT NOTE** the Elementary school has conferences on 10/12 starting right after school, we need everyone to know that 7th street will be CLOSED in front of the football field starting at 4:30pm to allow for the food trucks to set up and prepare for a 6:00pm serving time.
We hope to see you all at the game!

“Level Up with School Lunch”
To recognize the National School Lunch Program, serving nearly 30 million children each day, Central Public Schools will celebrate National School Lunch Week from October 9-13, 2023. The fun and creative campaign theme, “Level Up with School Lunch,” highlights the importance of a healthy school lunch to a student’s success both in and out of the classroom.
“School lunches offer students fruits and vegetables, whole grains and milk, and meet federal nutrition standards limiting fat, calories and sodium,” said Chantelle Eshelman “National School Lunch Week helps us educate parents and students about all the wonderful benefits of our lunch program.”
The “Level Up with School Lunch” campaign is made possible by the nonprofit School Nutrition Association and Kellogg’s. Parents and students can follow the fun on social media using the hashtags #NSLW23, #LevelUpWithSchoolLunch and #SchoolLunch.
